Go to the Cashout page and open Redemption Methods. Choose a tab Cash & Crypto or Gift Cards then pick a method (see Redemption methods for the full list).
Select an amount within that method's range you can use a preset (for example $5, $10, $25, $50 or $100) and confirm. Every redemption is delivered as a code to your registered account email, so there's nothing else to enter.
Amounts appear in your display currency; you can change it any time (see How do I change my currency?).
