There are two kinds of payout: cash and prepaid cards, or a gift card. Both are delivered the same way, as a code to the email address on your account, so there is no wallet address or bank detail to enter.

97 brands, from $5 to $100 depending on the brand. The full list, with the amounts each one offers and whether it is in stock, is on the Cashout page. That list is generated from live stock, so it is always current.
Most gift cards start at $5. A few premium brands start higher, and a small number offer only one or two fixed amounts.
Things worth knowing
Gift cards are issued for the US region. Redeem them on the US version of the retailer, or with a US-region account.
Availability changes. A brand can go out of stock; the Cashout page shows what is available right now.
Amounts are fixed, not free-choice. Each method offers set amounts, and you pick one of them.
