Minimums
$5: PayPal, prepaid Visa and Mastercard, and most gift cards.
$10: all cryptocurrencies, and some gift card brands.
A few premium brands start at $15 or $25.
Maximums
Most methods go up to $100 per payout. Some brands stop lower because that is the largest card they issue.
There is no limit on how many payouts you can make; the ceiling is per request, not per day or per account.
