My cashout didn't arrive

What to check if a payout hasn't arrived, and when to contact support.

If a payout hasn't arrived, check these first:

  • Check your payout schedule. By default, cashouts process weekly on Tuesdays (more often if your account reputation qualifies), so a recent request may be waiting for the next run.

  • Codes are sent to your registered email, so make sure it's correct and check spam or promotions folders.

  • Check the History table on the Cashout page. If the status is still Processing, it's on the way.

If the status shows Completed but you haven't received it after 48 hours, contact support with the method, amount, and date from your History.
