Payouts usually arrive within 48 hours. If yours has not, work through these.
Check the History table
It is on the Cashout page and shows every request. If the status is Processing, it is still on its way.
Check your email, including spam
Codes go to the address on your account, so make sure it is correct, and look in your spam and promotions folders. Gift card and prepaid codes often land there.
Check whether anything is waiting on you
A payout can be held while we confirm something, most often your identity. The Cashout page will say so, and we email you when it happens.
Still nothing after 48 hours
Contact support with the method, the amount and the date from your History table, and we will trace it.
