Before we release some withdrawals, we ask the account holder to confirm they are who they say they are. It takes about two minutes on a phone, and it is a one-time check, once you have done it, we will not ask again.
Why us, and why you

It is not a punishment, and nothing has been taken away. Your balance is untouched and you can keep earning while you decide.
It does not mean your account is in trouble or under review.
What it protects
Rewards are paid in real money, and money attracts people who would rather take yours than earn their own. Confirming identity before a payout is how we make sure the person cashing out is the person who did the work. It also confirms you meet the minimum age for the site and that you are in the country on your account.
What happens next
You will see a notice on the cashout page with a button to start. Once you finish, verification usually completes in a couple of minutes and your withdrawal continues as normal.
