Short answer: yes, and the reason is that we do not do it ourselves.
We never handle your documents
The check is run by Didit, a company whose entire business is identity verification. Your ID photo and selfie are uploaded to them directly. They do not pass through RewardEarn, and no member of our team can view them.
All we get back is a yes or a no.
You are told before anything is collected
Before the camera opens you are shown what will be collected, what it is for, who processes it and how long it is kept, and you have to agree. If you close that screen, nothing is captured.
It is deleted
Your documents are deleted within 12 months, and sooner if you ask. See What happens to your ID photo and selfie for the detail.
Watch out for imitations
We will only ever ask you to verify on the RewardEarn cashout page, after you sign in. We will never ask for your ID by email, by chat message, or through a link someone sends you. If you are asked anywhere else, it is not us, do not send anything, and tell support.
